Welcome to Warwick Wold Waters

As I am sure that you have heard, UK government yesterday announced that as of Wednesday May, 13 we are now able to re-open the fishery but with some modifications. The fishery will be open on weekends with reduced hours:

Saturdays and Sundays -  Gates will open from 8am - 10am to sign in and again between 4pm - 5pm to let people out and return nets.

Please note there will be no entry or exit between 10am and 4pm.

As per the latest government guidance, there will be no matches, only one angler per swim and a 2metre distance kept at all times.

There will be no access to the clubhouse or clubhouse facilities, however the bait shop will be open between 8am - 10am to purchase your day ticket, bait and take away food and drink – please note there will be a limit on bait and food available.

The new opening days will be in place until the end of June. This is a trial process and depending on demand and how safely the fishery can operate will depend on whether we increase the days and time the fishery is open from June onwards.

For the safety and wellbeing of all staff and anglers we hope that everybody can follow these changes.

Unfortunately the owner Phil will not be on site at any time. Due to his underlying medical issues and his age he has been advised to shield at home until the Government advise it is safe to mix again. He sends his warm wishes and thanks to you all at this difficult and uncertain time.

We look forward to welcoming you all back at the fishery soon.

Kind Regards

Warwick Wold Waters

Opened in 2011, Warwick Wold Waters is a five lake commercial fishery located in the Surrey Hills between Merstham and Caterham.  All the lakes are well stocked with a variety of fish but primarily with carp up to about 20lbs. In addition there are crucians, roach, rudd, tench, bream, barbel and perch in different lakes.

There is a clubhouse which has a café where you can buy hot and cold drinks and a selection of hot food and sandwiches. Ladies and Gents toilets are available in the clubhouse. There is also a small selection of tackle, bait and groundbait for sale in the clubhouse shop/reception. All visitors should report to the clubhouse reception upon arrival in the fishery.

The fishery is open on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays from 7.00am to 7.00pm and you can be assured of a warm welcome. All the staff are experienced anglers and will be able to provide advice on how to fish the various lakes in the complex. More detailed information about the fishery can be found throughout this website.

We look forward to seeing you soon.
